Having sensitive teeth is a problem that is experienced by people of all ages - but it is less common in children. If you have sensitive teeth, you might purposely avoid eating and drinking certain items because you know they may cause your teeth pain or discomfort. Typically foods that are either hot or cold, high in sugar, or very acidic can cause people with sensitive teeth to experience painful or uncomfortable symptoms.

Many people do not know why their teeth are sensitive - they just know that their teeth hurt when they eat or drink certain items. One of the reasons that some people experience sensitive teeth is dentin exposure. Dentin is the layer of the tooth that lays beneath the enamel. Exposed dentin can affect one or many teeth, and can cause sensitivity. If you have sensitive teeth that are bothersome, it's important to visit a dentist to get an official diagnosis. There may be a simple solution to alleviate your sensitivity.

What are The Most Common Causes of Sensitive Teeth?
Sensitive teeth can occur for several possible reasons. Here are some of the most common:

As people age, their gum line may begin to recede which can cause the teeth to feel sensitive
Eating or drinking certain types of foods can cause the enamel on the teeth to become weaker, which may cause dentin exposure
Grinding the teeth can cause sensitivity
Chipped teeth can cause sensitivity
Using a hard toothbrush or abrasive toothpaste can lead to dentin exposure
When the enamel on the tooth is damaged, it can lead to sensitivity
Teeth whitening and/or teeth bleaching can lead to sensitive teeth symptoms
If you have gum recession or gum disease, you may experience sensitivity

I actually think that Baicalin could be of use if you have got sensetive teeth, as it is known to be quite an effective painkiller. In addtion, it can be bought for cheap at https://liftmode.com/health-promoting/baicalin.html
That is a plus, too.
