Hi,

I also agree that you should drop your cost a little bit. However it’s really tough to say without knowing specific information about your query. Basically, estate agents don't perform true valuations. They just give informal opinions of how much your house is worth which doesn’t mean that it is accurate. Although the average time required selling any property would depend primarily on the market circumstances ( we usually predicted it near about 2-3 months).
