Can anyone please help?
My father fianianced a new house for me in 2007 and my solicitor was to register it in my name only to protect my interests. My solicitor wrote to the lender to explain and they accepted this and released the money.
My soicitor had never registered the property in my name and now due to pressure from the bank(due to my dads finanial problems) is saying that my dads name must now go in it?
Can my sol do this without concent or a signature from my father.

Please advise and many thanks..

Hi

Your question is too sparse to give any detailed and specific answer.

Sadly in this type of case, there is a lot of detail going on and without speaking to you it would be difficult, if not impossible, to give an answer to this.

If you want to give me a call my website details are

sometimes comments here are so stupid, what the hell is the problem with this people??

regarding with that question,im puzzled how did it end up being yours, surely there must be some documents that your soc showed you after registering it to your name,or you just nod your head in everything that your soc said??

I agree with you Russell. Many legal questions are arises in this type of cases so that it is very difficult to give any suggestion until we have not know the actual issue.
