yeah re-decorating can also help in you house selling,buyers tend to buy a house that is much cleaner and presentable than other houses.. |

Re-decoration increase the rate off a home. Installing great lighting and flooring or redecorating help with a valuation and encourage viewings. However, you do only what you can afford, as these changes won’t be deal makers. |

When people say "redecorate" they don't mean go mad and try to win an award. Basically, redecorating to sell a house means slapping on a coat of boring, light-coloured emulsion on the walls, tidying up any cracks in the walls or ceilings and a quick coat of white gloss on the paintwork. If necessary, get some cheap £10 curtains off ebay and if you need to some bottom of the range carpets from a discount store. Don't try to be original, or avant-garde, it's a waste of time and nobody will appreciate the effort. The goal is to give potential buyers one less thing to complain about. |

Yes you are really just freshening things up. Wash down window sills and frames, wipe dirty marks off walls, give a quick coat of emulsion if needed, tidy up clutter. |
