What does the job entail?

You will attend valuations, take measurements, draw floor plans and take all the necessary photographs and list the property on to the market offering the vendor the following options on payment:

Sales
•Payment Option 1: £395 upfront with nothing to pay upon completion
•Payment Option 2: £99 upfront with £495 upon completion
•Payment Option 3: £0 upfront with £695 upon completion

Lettings
•Payment Option 1: £195 Find a Tenant
•Payment Option 2: £195 Find a Tenant + 5% Management Fee

How much does the Franchise cost?

Sales or Lettings Franchise:

The initial outlay is a one off set up fee of £1,500 + VAT for the Franchise plus £1,000 + VAT per annum annual licence fee plus a £500 + VAT broker fee with a total outlay of £3,000 + VAT.

Sales and Lettings Franchise:

The initial outlay is a one off set up fee of £2,000 + VAT for the Franchise plus £2,000 + VAT per annum annual licence fee plus a £500 + VAT broker fee with a total outlay of £4,500 + VAT.

As a Franchisee what can I earn?

•By becoming a Franchisee you could realise great earnings potential running your own Estate Agency business from the comfort of your own home. You will be self-employed so there is no basic salary!

Once you have listed the property onto the market you will be paid as follows:

•Property Sign Up Fee = 50%
•3D Floor Plans = £5
•Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) = £10 (or £50 if qualified)
•For Sale Board = £10
•Rightmove Premium Listing = £20
•Marketing Pack = £40
•Removals/Storage = £25.00
•Conveyancing = £50.00 per transaction
•Mortgage = £50.00
•Property Management = 20% per month
