*Estate Agent Trainer / Lettings Training Manager* Are you a current Branch Manager tired of the same old routine and looking for a new and varied role where your knowledge and experience can make a difference? The role of Lettings Training Manager is tailor made for an experienced Estate / Letting Agent who is looking to branch out into pastures new, whilst retaining a close involvement within the world of property. Our clients, who are major operators with a growing business are looking for a high calibre Estate Agent with the confidence, knowledge and social skills to assume a position of genuine responsibility for the Training and Development of new and existing members of their rapidly growing Lettings Operation. Based out of the Training and Development Head office in Reading, you will be covering a wide geographic territory. *Candidate Profile* A confident and experienced Estate Agent with excellent communication skills is perfect for this role. You must enjoy working with peole in a business context and exude the self-confidence that will enable you to deliver entertaining and imaginative training session to groups of Letting Agents of various levels of experience. As the face of the company you have an important message to deliver and must exhibit a mature, professional and positive manner at all times. *Key Responsibilities* *Deliver training and induction sessions *Contribute to the design and delivery of future training models *Support and assist Divisional Directors with Development and Training *Conduct follow up observations and coaching within Branch environment *Your Experience* At least 3 years previous Estate Agency or Lettings experience at Branch Manager level is required. Full tuition and assistance from a professionally qualified Training team will equip you for the demands of the role. *Remuneration* Working Monday to Friday, A Basic salary of up to £28,000 plus bonuses will take annual earnings past £32,000, there is a fully expensed BMW provided, alongside smartphone and laptop.
