My client, an established Estate Agency based in W1, is currently looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join them as Lettings Manager. You will start off a warm desk, but you will need to be passionate about being successful and have a real drive to increase business everyday.
This role would suit a Senior Lettings Negotiator that is looking to get into Lettings Management and has an excellent proven track record in shifting stock and increasing client list . Or it would suit to an existing Lettings Manager looking for a challenge .

·Have minimum 2 years experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator
·Have experience in doing valuations
·Have a drivers licence
·Have excellent communication skills
·Are dynamic, passionate and motivated
In return, my client offers:
£25,000 basic salary (to be increased to £30,000 after 6 months successful probationary period) + 10% personal commission + department commission ( negotiable).
Working Hours:
M – F : 9:30 am – 6:30 pm and every other Saturday half day
