A relatively new three office independent agent that has taken the City and Central London market by storm with its pro-active, honest and approachable status is looking for a Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator for their trendy Marylebone office.
This would suit Strong Negotiators with experience in both Sales and Lettings with a small amount of valuing experience within prime / trendy areas, such as Shoreditch, Clerkenwell, Bloomsbury, Islington, etc.
A competitive salary package will be on offer:
£20-25k Basic Salary, OTE of £35-40k
Pooled Office Car
Personal commission as follows
£0-150k = 10%
£150-200k = 15%
£200k+ = 20%
