Senior Relationship Manager in Central London A Senior Relationship Manager is sought to join the direct sales team of a rapidly expanding multi-office Estate Agency in Central London. This award-winning Estate Agency has an impressive record of growth - opening a new office every year for the past 5 years and now with more than 40 employees based in 6 offices across London. They are now seeking to grow the direct sales team through the recruitment of two additional Senior Relationship Managers. Title: Senior Relationship Manager Location: Central London Salary: £18k basic, plus commission, OTE £40k Benefits: Mobile phone, excellent training & development, enrolment in company bonus scheme, annual overseas trips The successful Senior Relationship Manager will be expected to: - Generate new and maintain existing high-value client relationships - Profile and screen potential clients to enable targeting and conversion of key clients - Attend regular face-to-face client meetings with Area Managers - Target and build relationships with existing clients in a dedicated geographical area of London - Use a variety of direct and indirect sales techniques; including desktop research and direct mail to generate leads - Organise and attend the internal programme of landlord seminars, exhibitions and events The ideal Senior Relationship Manager will possess the following: - Substantial sales experience; either face-to-face or telesales with a demonstrable track record of success - Experience of dealing with and ability to generate rapport with high net worth individuals - Ability to take responsibility for own set of clients and own territory in Central London - Ability to coach and mentor more junior sales executives - Property experience is not essential, but excellence in selling skills is a pre-requisite Other benefits include monthly company sponsored social events and an all-expenses paid long weekend to a European destination every Autumn (recent destinations have included Paris, Sardinia and Barcelona), as well as several other incentive evenings throughout the year.
