Full-time Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator wanted for Global Property Brand - Mayfair
£24,000 Per Annum plus commission and performance bonuses

Dove & Hawk are currently partnered with a Global Property Agency that are looking for an administrator for their property services department based in the heart of London. They are looking for someone who can support the sales team by:

-Dealing with invoicing and expenses
-Reporting on department performance
-Training new recruits on the IT systems & processes
-Managing the database
-Working out commissions for the sales team
-Analysing data for marketing purposes

As the backbone of the team the right person for the role will understand the importance of getting the job done right first time. They need someone who can be relied upon in a crisis and who wants to develop their skill set and knowledge of the London property market. Ideally the right person for the role will have experience as an administrator in the property industry. They will need to be well spoken, well presented, a team player and maintain a positive attitude.
