Hello, I am new here but not new to property development. Can people recommend a website of the type that covers all auctions in England (or more specifically the South)? I see that some websites promise you more information, advice and, more importantly, real updated information on the individual properties if you pay them a fee, but I would only pay a fee to a reputable site and one with several satisfied customers.

Thanks

Hi,

I think you need an expert guidance. However you are asking about a good auction website I would say there are many property auction sites out there, but you should believe those who are the best and having wealth of information that they provide to their visitors. Also if you are thinking about auctioning your property then such websites also offers a truly comprehensive service. It doesn't matter what type of property you have.

Guys!
I am looking for someone who can give me a professional advice in buying a property for my new office. I want someone who is knowledgeable in choosing the right place. This is my second time to buy a property. The first one is not really good. Full of regrets and i don't want this to happen for the second time. Thank you!

Pav

These websites displays auction information of different seized properties accurately and properly. Buying a property auction provides more benefit to the buyer who purchases the property from the auction.

Hi yes I would suggest http://www.countrywidepropertyauctions.co.uk To get started you can request a free brochure of up coming lots or even see it online. As a newbie I would suggest you check their recently sold lots to see the prices that were acheived at the previous auction and then compare them with the Zoopla value to see what type of discounts can be acheived.

This is a very interesting question really. Whether you are a property investor, an expat or just thinking of selling up and relocating, it's always important to find a reliable property broker (online auction platform) to go to in order to get your job done. There are in fact many out there and each one offers a different 'product' in terms of specific listings, coverage, expertise, and for that matter fees. Well, I've been trying to initiate a public debate with the view to ranking online property brokers, but on most forums there's always a 'mole', a 'troll' or a bloody 'hyper-active citizen' who would try to have this discussion banned on account of 'spam' or similar 'unscrupulous competition' practices. I don't understand what's so 'unscrupulous' about posting a couple of links to competing web-based auctions? So, I take a risk again and give you just three examples of the leading and competing property auctions I have been able to find and try out so far. zoopla.co.uk is a comprehensive UK-based property auction platform. homemove.co.uk is not really an commercial platform, but an independent property information resource that may be useful in your private research. Finally, http://www.tranio.com is a great property auction website and, as far as I know, they don't charge any fees to the buyer. If I'm not mistaken, they have their headquarters both in London and in Moscow, which makes their pricing and services truly competitive.
