I would think being articulate and resourceful? It can help persuade the customer to buy property.

I think trustworthyness is high on the list. If you're selling a house you want to work with someone you can trust and you want buyers to feel they can trust your agent too.

For me it's simply honesty.
Some people like the shady dealings they are willing to do as long as they get a good price.

I have always worried about the other party and what would happen if I was on the other end of a bad deal!
